- The Facility at Sriperumbudur has 3 floats. UHP has been instrumental in providing the gas handling facilities for 2 of the floats.
- UHP has performed the dismantling activities of the old installation and provide new and safer distribution system.
- UHP has supplied the new gas cabinets for hazardous and flammable gases and provided an improved and safer system for mixing and gas delivery.
- UHP has also performed an emergency upgradation for the gas bank area at Bhiwadi plant.

- UHP has supplied the new gas cabinets for hazardous and flammable gases and provided an improved and safer system for mixing and gas delivery.
- The old gas pipelines were upgraded by us to a safer and higher quality tubing with better leak integrity.

- UHP has developed and delivered high precision mixing systems to the Bangalore facility for aeronautical applications.
- UHP has upgraded general purity pallet manifolds to high pressure and high purity pallet manifolds.
Linde
- UHP has supplied purification solution to improve the quality of 5N grade H2 at inlet and provide 6N grade H2 gas at the outlet.
Lab Grown Diamond industry
Lab grown diamond industries generally utilise Hydrogen, Methane and Inert gases.

We provide design consultancy and EPC solutions for the gas handling systems required to provide
adequate pressure and flow to individual CVD equipment and the purification solutions to ensure the
desired diamond parameters are achieved in production by providing high purity Methane and
Hydrogen to the CVDs.
We offer a range of purifiers for different gases including Hydrogen, Methane and a range of inert
gases from Entegris.
Alternative Green energy (Wind energy)
The manufacturing of the blades of a windmill required vacuum across the mould.
What we Offer
We provide solutions for vacuum piping and distribution for the windmill blade manufacturing
industry. The Blade manufacturing setup requires equal distribution of vacuum to the entire length of
the mould from the manifold. UHP has used precision plastic welding and performed the installation
of the piping with minimum drop in the vacuum suction.
